2004 Recycling Center, Lycoming County Landfill, Montgomery Pa.

January 17, 1943 was proclaimed "Tin Can Day". Tons of tin cans were collected to be recycled for the war effort. It was considered unpatriotic to throw tin away. It is still politically incorrect.
